I got the travel bug a little late I think. I didn't even get a passport until I was about 34. I'm 42 now and I been to 29 countries and I cannot wait to explore more! I call New York City my home and believe it is one of the most amazing places on earth. However, that doesn't mean I'm not willing to find a place to challenge that title. Here in NYC, I work in the hospitality industry and I am also a musical theater performer. Naturally. ;) I love to run! Last year I completed a total of ten races. I am hoping to get a few international races until my belt by the end of the year. I also love being in the kitchen. Cooking with some jazz and a glass... ok bottle of wine, is a perfect night in. I love gardening as well, but definitely find it difficult to do here in NYC. I grow herbs inside when I can though. I'm heading to Alaska to work from the summer and then around the end of September will be hitting Eastern Europe. To finish off my trip, I will spend a nice three weeks in Italy. I cannot wait!
